Celebration requires that all guests fill out our required forms and turn them in before departure day.

Travel Insurance
Celebration requires that all guests have TRAVEL INSURANCE that meet our medical and travel requirements. If you purchase your policy through Celebration, we will purchase your policy and file any and all claims. Guests are responsible for providing the proper paperwork to file your claims. CELEBRATION IS NOT FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR CLAIMS THAT ARE DENIED BY TRAVEL GUARD. Guests may purchase their own TRAVEL INSURANCE, but will be responsible for purchasing and filing all claims.

• Deposits are 50% refundable 61+ days after date of deposit, or you may transfer 100% of your deposit to another Celebration trip.
• Cancellation: When cancelling for any reason other than an insurance claim, the following cancellation fees will apply.

Itinerary Changes
Celebration Senior Travel and its vendors has the right to substitute any advertised event, show or destination during one of our tours for the betterment of our senior group tours.
Final Payment
If the final payment is not received before your pre-trip meeting date, Celebration reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the outstanding balance.

Celebration Senior Travel can help plan your next travel adventure with your group of 50 or more. From senior centers, retirement communities or private clubs and groups, Celebration is ready to take the reins and plan your perfect trip.
1. Schedule an in-person meeting so that our team can get to know you and your expectations for your group trip. This meeting will cover our full-service booking, marketing materials, motorcoach and airfare, transportation on location, inclusive tours, meals, Celebration staff traveling with your group, and much more.
2. Discuss Celebration's Commission and Incentive Program. Whether you are a private group, retirement community or senior center, Celebration has an exciting commission program with free travel for the group leaders for groups of 35 or more. Commissions will be determined, based on the package and assistance needed for your group.
3. Celebration will plan and execute every aspect of your trip. From creating flyers and hosting your first introductory meeting to booking each of your guests into your trip, Celebration is with you, from beginning to end.
4. Depending on your needs throughout your trip, Celebration can provide up to two Celebration staff members to travel with your group of 50 guests. When we travel with your group, we take care of ALL OF THE DETAILS allowing you to relax and enjoy the trip.
Please note: Celebration Senior Travel is full-service group travel agency for seniors 60+. We only book premium hotels, transportation, meals and tours. Our group tours are more expensive than other tour companies, which will reflect in the level of service that you and your group will be provided.

Celebration Senior Travel Trip Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made by calling Debra Saxon or Greg Saxon at 469-532-2622. Email cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations will not go into effect until you have received written verification from Celebration Senior Travel via email and a verbal confirmation.
